Property Management
Geoffrey Matwich has spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, working for the Marriott and Hilton brands in sales and operations, and most recently as a General Manager. As Geoffrey transitions to the role of Property Manager, he plans to leverage his ability to build strong relationships and to provide a top-notch tenant experience.
Geoffrey will work on a portfolio of both office and medical office buildings, interfacing with our team of maintenance technicians to proactively address building maintenance while ensuring prompt and effective communication with tenants. Geoffrey attended The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Music Education degree.

I was lucky enough to take my family to Wyoming to visit the Grand Tetons and parts of Yellowstone National Park in 2021. I was fortunate enough to go as a child myself which made this extra special. Taking the ferry across Jenny Lake for a family hike was the highlight of our trip.
I inherited the heartache that is being a Cleveland sports fan. The lone bright spot was celebrating the Cavaliers 2016 NBA Championship in Cleveland with my son with many losing Browns seasons in between.
